• Full Name, Email Address, and WhatsApp/Phone Number.
• Country, Timezone, and preferred scheduling dates.
• Specific wellness goals, personal concerns, and coaching topics.
• Vastu floorplans, property locations, layout blueprints, and property photos.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this data strictly to:

• Process your virtual booking requests and send session link reminders.
• Perform energy reviews, Vastu audits, and prepare custom roadmaps.
• Communicate coordination details via email or WhatsApp.

3. Information Security & Storage

This website does not itself store the details you enter into our forms. Enquiries reach us through WhatsApp, and any session notes, correspondence, and Vastu documents you share with us are held privately by Guruji Manoj Swami in access-controlled storage. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information, email addresses, or property records to third-party marketing companies.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Our site uses technical cookies and local storage to run our interactive features (such as saving your recommendation quiz progression or timezone preferences). We also use the third-party advertising and analytics tools listed below, which set cookies and collect information about your visit:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram).Records pages you view and actions you take — for example, clicking one of our WhatsApp buttons or submitting a booking request. This lets us measure our advertising and show ads to people who have visited this site. It collects your IP address, browser user agent, and Meta's own advertising cookies (_fbp / _fbc).
• Meta Conversions API. Sends the same events listed above to Meta from our server rather than your browser, including your IP address and browser user agent. This runs alongside the Meta Pixel, and the two are matched so a single action is not counted twice. It is not an additional collection of information beyond what the Pixel records.
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. Measures site traffic and which ads lead to enquiries, using cookies and your IP address.

We use this data to understand how visitors find us, to measure which advertising works, and to reach comparable audiences. We do not sell this data. These tools are operated by Meta and Google as independent controllers of the data they collect, and their own privacy policies govern their use of it.

You can opt out by using your browser's cookie controls or an ad blocker, through Meta's ad preferences, or via Google's opt-out add-on. Blocking these tools does not affect your ability to use this site or book a session.

5. Contacting Us via WhatsApp

Our contact and booking forms do not store your details on this website. When you submit one, we open WhatsApp with your details composed into a message, which is sent only when you choose to send it. That conversation is then carried out on WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We record that a WhatsApp button was clicked, but never the contents of your message.
