Welcome to Guruji Manoj Swami Wellness. By visiting our website, booking our virtual sessions, or registering for our online Reiki training programs, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scheduling & Booking Requirements

All online consultation slots are subject to practitioner availability. Submitting a request through our Booking Portal does not guarantee appointment confirmation. A slot is officially reserved only when you receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with a Google Meet or Zoom link.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed session:

• Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled time.
• Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a late scheduling review, depending on calendar constraints.

3. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, training manuals, Reiki certification slides, meditation guidelines, articles, audio files, and website text are the intellectual property of Guruji Manoj Swami. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to review these materials for private learning. You may not distribute, sell, or copy this content for commercial purposes.

4. Governing Law

Any disputes related to this website, digital consulting, or virtual sessions will be governed by the laws of India, where our administrative headquarters is based.
