What Is Meditation Coaching?

Guruji Manoj Swami's coaching combines traditional mindfulness (Vipassana), guided visuals, somatic body scans, and pranayama (breath control). This dual approach helps you calm the nervous system in the short term while developing a resilient inner compass for the long term.

Pranayama & Breathing Techniques

The breath is the fastest gateway to the parasympathetic nervous system. When you experience high stress, your breathing naturally becomes shallow, sending warning signals to the brain.

We teach specific pranayama techniques—such as Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) and Box Breathing—to restore autonomic balance, lower anxiety, and increase mental clarity.

Building a Daily Practice for Beginners
